1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using an authorised account for OSCAR-IA, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the applicable service.
2. Nature of the service
OSCAR-IA is Oscar Goulart's privately developed assistant used to support the internal administration of TOAST Cafe Bar & Food Hall and The Dream Makers, including business planning, Google and Meta advertising analysis, reporting, drafting, content production and authorised communication. It is not a public SaaS product, is not licensed or resold and is not made available to unrelated third parties.
3. Authorised use
Access is limited to the developer and any other person expressly authorised by The Dream Makers. Users must safeguard authentication credentials, use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and comply with applicable laws, Google Ads policies and Google API terms.
4. Google Ads functionality
OSCAR-IA may retrieve campaign information, prepare reports, suggest keywords and advertising copy, generate campaign drafts and present optimisation recommendations. AI-generated output is advisory and may contain errors or require adjustment.
Every action that changes a Google Ads account must be reviewed and deliberately approved by the authorised user before execution. The authorised user remains responsible for campaigns, budgets, bids, targeting, keywords, advertisements, policy compliance and business outcomes.
5. Meta, Instagram and WhatsApp functionality
OSCAR-IA may retrieve authorised Meta advertising and business-account information, prepare posts and media, publish approved content to business-owned Facebook and Instagram accounts, and process communications through the authorised WhatsApp Business account. Publishing, campaign changes and other consequential external actions require authorised review and approval.
Users remain responsible for content, campaigns, messages, budgets, platform-policy compliance and business outcomes. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, expose or share API credentials, provide third parties with indirect programmatic access, interfere with security or monitoring, use the service unlawfully or misrepresent the platform as an official Google product.
7. Intellectual property
The website, OSCAR-IA software, original content, design and internal processes are owned by or licensed to The Dream Makers. Google, Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and related marks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
8. Availability and changes
The platform may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, compliance or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any feature.
9. Disclaimers
The website and platform are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that AI suggestions, forecasts, reports or recommendations will be complete, error-free or achieve any particular advertising or commercial result. Authorised users must independently review material decisions.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Dream Makers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on automated suggestions, service interruption, third-party platforms or unauthorised use of credentials.
11. Privacy
Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements; Meta-platform data is processed only for authorised internal business functions.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when platform functions, policies or applicable requirements change. Continued authorised use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
